The Alutrend® Maxi profile has been developed for intensive pedestrian, wheelchair and shopping cart traffic. Also in case of several zones, it is recommended to create a longer first zone, because here most of the dirt and silicic are being removed from the soles. If it’s not possible in the first zone, it is recommended to apply combined surfaces in the second zone (e.g. scratching yarn with moisture absorbing textiles).
Treads
Maxi profiles are receptive to every possible tread. Based on the environment and traffic, the following surfaces can be selected with strong scratch effect: #ribbed rubber, #brush, #weatherproof textiles and their combined versions.
